After finding out the hard way (landed myself in ICU) that I had diabetes at all, I came to the Internet to solicit sugar-free recipes and just plain suggestions on how to deal with taking insulin and glucophage. I got only 1 response. That response said, “Get Dr. Bernstein’s book – it saved my life.” I went out the same day and purchased the book. I am only 1/4 of the way through it and it makes complete sense to me. Already, I’ve gotten so much valuable info from it and I can’t wait to put legs on it! Thanking you in advance Dr.!
